We will do everything in our ability to satisfy our customers. If you encounter missing or damaged parts please contact our customer service at: info@universalstoragesystem.com or (888) 346-5560 for further instructions. We will ship out free of charge missing parts only. All sales are final. If we determine that there is a reason the items can be returned, approval must be given by sending an email to info@universalstoragesystem.com. The items must be returned in original packaging and properly packed to avoid damage. The customer is responsible for any related shipping charges back to Universal Storage System.

Upon returning, all items will be inspected for use or damage. If it is determined a credit will be issued, a restocking fee of 25% will apply. If the returned items cannot be resold due to shipping damage or customer misuse, the item will not be refunded. We will notify the customer of this and the customer will be charged for the returned shipping charges.

1. Any returned merchandise will incur a 25% restocking fee.
2. All published prices or communicated prices are subject to change without notice.
3. By placing an order you agree to our terms of service. If after placing an order and confirming our terms of service, and a refund is desired, a 15% processing fee will be applied.
